**DIGITAL MARKETING LEADER**

The **Digital Marketing Leader** will join a highly energetic team in a growing company to manage marketing resources (internal and external), marketing automation, strategic website development and WorkerBee.TV’s content calendar.

In this role, you will report to the President and work closely with the Marketing Coordinator and Content Writer. You will also have access to our talented creative services team of writers, editors, motion graphic designers and producers for content development needs. As the Digital **Marketing Leader**, your success will be measured on lead generation and qualification, marketing ROI, and the quality of decision-making data and reporting.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Define and measure goals for the Marketing department:

- _Web and Digital Content calendar development, planning, and execution, including but not limited to webinars case studies, white papers, success stories, website, video, and audio content_
- _Internal and external sales funnel measurement through HubSpot (open rates from targeted campaigns through to marketing and sales qualified leads)_
- _Design and manage campaigns to achieve the goals and find ways to lower the cost of client acquisition through experimentation, technology and continual improvement based on the data collected_
- _Goal setting by Product, Service and Persona_
- Plan, budget and book speaking engagements and events:

- _Manage relationships with partners to book speaking virtual and in-person speaking engagements for our sales team_
- _Support strategic partnerships and seek joint marketing opportunities that are mutually beneficial and progress the WorkerBee.TV brand, as well as its subsidiaries Association TV® and Stinger Productions_
- _Travel and participate in events and trade shows, as required._
- Lead the marketing team and their activities by example and with clear goals
- _Manage your team’s performance by providing valuable, constructive feedback through regular touchpoints and annual reviews_
- _Be an advocate for your bees in the hive by looking for ways to support your team, improve processes, culture, solutions, and value we provide to all stakeholders by sharing your insights, observations, and best practices_
- Develop and implement automation for inbound marketing and cold outreach
- _Work with the sales team to ensure we have integration from all sales outreach and inbound engagement, ensuring data entry into our CRM (HubSpot)_
- _Create and analyze funnel management reporting with HubSpot dashboards. Leverage and maintain data, trends, actionable insights and impacts to drive marketing decisions_
- _Create, implement, and maintain tools, processes, and best practices_
- Manage marketing resources
- _Budget and track return on marketing investments_
- _Manage external sub-contractor and supplier relationships_
- Work with the product, creative services and sales teams to write and edit product specific content, create downloadable resources, videos, and build webpages using HubSpot, WordPress and our proprietary multimedia platform
- Special projects and other activities as needed.

**Attitudes, skills, experience, and characteristics that are required to support your success in this role will include, but are not limited to the following**:

- 4-7 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally digital marketing in a B2B (business to business) environment and/or marketing agency experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or business
- Proven success in building a strong brand for B2B services
- Possess the desire to continuously improve knowledge and understanding of company offerings and industry trends
- Detail-oriented and organized, with emphasis on reliability and responsiveness
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Analytical, success and metric driven
- Experience with deploying, managing, and leveraging HubSpot or other marketing automation and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of business, sales process, and customer journey to anticipate the needs of our team and drive new solutions for clients
- Has experience in content marketing initiatives with complex offerings to speed and simplify understanding and engagement
- An understanding and passion for video and media production, digital strategy, and social media is a considerable asset
- Experience in improving outcomes through effective marketing
