We’re looking for an innovative Product Manager to join our Pollard Digital Solutions team within our Winnipeg Office.

As Product Manager you will play a critical role in enhancing the digital gaming experience across digital platforms for Lotteries. You will ensure that the Digital Games Studio products are delivered to meet the technical requirements of our customers. You will report to the Director, Digital Games Studio and will have the opportunity to work with development teams, including project managers, developers, game design mathematicians, quality assurance specialists, and designers, developing digital games and product features as well as opportunities to work cross functionally with other teams in the organization, key business stakeholders, and lottery customers.

**What You’ll Do**
- Collaborate with a cross-function team of creative and technical staff to create and deliver high performing eInstant games that meet deadlines, market needs, and company objectives.
- Lead and be the principal point of contact for conversations with our lottery customers to determine and maintain the technical requirements for their digital games product throughout the customer life cycle
- Lead and be the principal point of contact for conversations with our lottery customers to provide games portfolio management by determining a games roadmap strategy and product feature roadmap strategy
- Lead and be the principal point of contact for conversations and materials related to day-to-day game development milestones and questions from our lottery customers.
- Collaborate and be the spokesperson for our lottery customers in roadmap planning and organization with other team members.
- Support delivery of Digital Games Studio product according to the roadmap for all lottery customers.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on game, technical, and general product requirements for each lottery customer.
- Lead and build effective processes to ensure responsible gaming and regulatory items are addressed in game delivery for all lottery customers.
- Produce and maintain accurate and detailed documentation for each game design, math model, and product feature in collaboration with other team members.
- Conduct regular reviews of games in development with quality and player experience best practices in mind, providing constructive feedback to the development team.
- Collect and organize stakeholder feedback to ensure feedback is taken on board and addressed throughout the art creation and development process.

- Evaluate and prioritize feedback on games in development to meet deadlines for delivery of the games.
- Ensure a quality gaming product is submitted to User Acceptance Testing and will be approved in User Acceptance Testing by all lottery customers.
- Produce and maintain product backlog for all Digital Games Studio product.
- Participate in concept meetings to brainstorm and create new game ideas.
- Conduct market research on current lottery product, with a focus on iLottery and eInstant games, and provide research to relevant team members.
- Collaborate with Remote Gaming Server development team to enhance game mechanics, advanced features, etc. to help support future game development.
- Collaborate with customers, key business stakeholders, and other teams to understand game content and product feature needs.
- Analyze sales data for the games and the studio as a whole and provide feedback to the relevant team members.
- Track game and studio performance against KPIs.
- Provide motivation and leadership to the team to encourage, engage, and help other team members grow and learn.
- Support and collaborate with the business development team to provide detailed game and technical information as needed for RFP responses.
- Support and collaborate with the commercial and client management teams to provide with detailed game and technical information as needed for customer communication, meetings, and presentations.
