The Bayshore Healthcare Staffing - Finance Team is seeking a subject matter expert in NetSuite with deep product knowledge to manage and maintain the operations of the system. The NetSuite Consultant will play a crucial role in developing strategies to enhance the efficiency of the system while ensuring data accuracy and security.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Be the “owner” of the NetSuite instance and work with internal and external partners to implement priorities.
  • Deep understanding of NetSuite and can function as subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity.
  • Work with end-users to understand business needs to identify best solutions.
  • Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting activities through prioritization of requests.
  • Analyze information problems, requested changes, and required modifications to develop appropriate business process solutions.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with functional users and IT/Finance staff to find solutions to problems identified in testing, ensure that requirements documentation is easily understood, and that proper testing of all systems functionality is completed.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in implementing enterprise solutions with at least one full life cycle implementation.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience with at least one NetSuite Solution (Finance, Inventory, Projects, Revenue Recognition, etc.).
  • Experience with integrations with other ERP systems e.g. UKG, Ceridian Graduated, with a Bachelor’s (and/or Master’s) degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Well-versed in NetSuite’s processes and leading practices
  • Comfortable working in a client facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders.
