The company currently has three platforms: APP, WeChat applet and H5, providing high-quality, convenient and worry-free services for over 500,000 Asian users in Greater Vancouver area. FlashOrder currently has three major businesses, namely local merchants' ordering, group purchase and live-stream sales. The company has hundreds of high-quality merchants’ products on their platform and their self-operated e-commerce store also carries a variety of popular goods, covering daily necessities, baby products, fresh fruits and vegetables, cosmetics, household items and many other categories. Users can enjoy the easy shopping experience of home delivery without leaving home.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative and clerical assistance to support company operations
- Receive calls, mails and filter information according to priority and the degree of confidentiality
- Respond to inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees
- Prepare, verify and process invoice and expense reports
- Maintain office supplies, ensure equipment’s functionality, and organize company workspace
- Assess existing office procedures and implement improvements to enhance work efficiency and productivity
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and conferences
- Coordinate meetings by sending invitations, prepare agenda & plans according to participants availabilities
- Keeping documents organized, both digitally and physically
- Responsible for travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- College diploma or other programs for administrative assistants or secretaries
- One year of clerical work experience preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Professional in utilizing MS Office suite
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks, schedules, and documents efficiently
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently or as a team
