Steamworks Group of Companies (Steamworks Brewpub and Rogue Kitchen & Wetbar locations) is looking for the right individual to join our dynamic FOH Restaurant Management team. Previous management experience is preferred however all applicants with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a love for all things hospitality will be considered.
This is a full-time position where compensation will be competitive with local industry standards. Our restaurants are fast-paced, have exciting atmospheres, and are staffed by a fantastic family like group of employees. There is ample opportunity for learning and growth in this company at the management level.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant with a hands-on approach
- Ensure customer service and satisfaction
- Utilize leadership skills and motivate employees
- Provide high quality hiring, training, and support of front-of-house employees
- Communicate with back of house employees
- Banquet room event management
- Excellent time management and people management skills
**Required Skills**:
- Self-motivated, results driven, prefers to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Effective interpersonal skills
