**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospect & Lead Generation**: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and industry research.
- **Account Management**: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients, driving repeat business and referrals.
- **Product Presentation**: Present and demonstrate Lovett Signs' product offerings in a compelling way that meets client needs.
- **Solution Development**: Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose customized signage solutions that meet client objectives.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and terms to close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
- **Client Support**: Provide ongoing post-sale support to maintain customer satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of all activities, interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- **Industry Expertise**: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to proactively adjust strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in signage, print, or related industries.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong negotiation skills with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus).
- **Team-Oriented**: Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- **Driven & Goal-Oriented**: Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with signage or print solutions is a significant advantage.

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
