We are now looking for a motivated and experienced sales representative to join our growing team.

**Job Description**:
As a Replacement Windows and Doors Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our business success by increasing sales and meeting customer needs. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our products, and converting leads into sales. You will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of our products, effectively communicate their benefits, and establish long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and customer referrals.

Present and explain our products to customers, showcasing the advantages and value of our windows and doors.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.

Provide accurate cost estimates and negotiate contracts to close sales.

Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and to identify potential leads.

Provide detailed sales reports and feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market trends.

Position Details:
Salary: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year (Commission) Location: To be determined (reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work is preferred)

**Requirements**:
Proven sales experience (minimum of 5 years), preferably in the home improvement industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Excellent customer service skills.

Clean and valid driver's license.

**Salary**: $120,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
