**The Position**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Order, receive and sort incoming parts and materials, ensuring the correctness, quality and quantity of parts
- Ship and track outgoing parts to internal and external customers
- Prepare and complete purchase orders, invoicing and shipping documents
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing required parts
- Communicate with external and internal customers including responding to questions and requests and updating the status of the parts
- Contact vendors when required to gather pricing and delivery information
- Prepare Quotes, Sales Orders & Invoices for transactions from external customers
- Assist in cycle count and inventory audits
**Qualifications**:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Knowledge of refrigeration/HVAC equipment is considered an asset
