Our team has an opening for an **Accounts Receivable Coordinator** to join our team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day Accounts Receivable functions.

**Job Description**:
**Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Full cycle accounts receivable
- Proactively contacting clients with open balances and responding in a timely matter to all customer inquiries to our Canadian and US office
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly account receivable reports
- Ensure payments and credits are applied accurately and in a timely manner
- Analyze customer aging reports and routinely conduct accounts receivable audits
- Ability to maintain and uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Recommend improvements to internal processes
- Perform other various duties and tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary accounting diploma with a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of Accounts Receivable experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills to communicate effectively with customers
- Good judgment and demonstrated sound decision-making skills, highly motivated and has a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A team-oriented work approach with the ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Excel
