**Accounts Receivable Clerk**

Accounts Receivable Duties:

- Post customer payments & prepare bank deposits.
- Examine customer payment terms and payment history to resolve collections on past due accounts.
- Verify account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from accounting software, internal records and from customers.
- Maintain accurate receivables and collections reports.
- Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Reception Duties:

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Enter service requests from our clients and service reps.
- Update customer information in accounting software.
- Administrative support and general office duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Excellent reading, writing, and speaking of the English language.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Accounting Experience, QuickBooks (preferred).
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong, accurate data entry skills and adaptable to new systems/programs.
- Organized with the ability to multitask, in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Professional business manner and comfortable talking on the phone.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with employees at various levels of the organization.
