Job Summary:
Essential Functions:
**Campaign Strategy and Execution**:

- Utilize marketing automation platforms to design and manage workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.

**Technical Lead Generation**:

- Implement marketing automation solutions to execute and track campaigns.
- Use CRM systems (e.g., PipeDrive, Hubspot, Salesforce) to manage lead data, track campaign performance, and ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales.

**Data Analysis and Optimization**:

- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements.

**Platform Management**:

- Ensure data integrity and proper tracking through tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and tracking pixels.

**Content and SEO Strategy**:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that drives organic traffic and generates leads.
- Utilize SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.

**Lead Management and Segmentation**:

- Implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on engagement and fit.
- Segment leads and create targeted marketing campaigns to nurture them through the sales funnel.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, lead handoff processes, and feedback loops.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Client Facing, product marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

**Reporting and Insights**:

- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and overall marketing ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

- **5+** years of experience in lead generation.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pipedrive, Zoominfo, HubSpot, Salesforce etc.).
- Strong automation experience.
- Prior success with accountability to pipeline generation targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.

**Position Status**: Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000 - $110,000

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday

**Work Environment**: In Office
