The purpose of the role
Under the responsibility of the team leader, promotional activities, the incumbent of this position will support them in the deployment of various promotions. They will be responsible for carrying out various communications relating to promotions and will also participate in testing and analyzing data from promotion results.
Key responsabilities
- Support the Team Leader, Promotional Activities, with all of the company's promotional activities for the la Vie en Rose and Bikini Village banners;
- Follow up on the "Communications Promotions" mailboxes for both banners and follow up with the stores and the various departments;
- Send reminders of in-store promotions.
- Perform analysis of promotions.
- Perform ad hoc reports in Power BI;
- Update the various documents and tools on the intranet;
- Write press releases and promotional memos from the sales department for the attention of stores and certain departments of the head office;
- Support the creation of promotions and perform the various necessary tests in the Y2 system;
- Ensure good communication and cooperation with the various departments;
- Keep up to date on new promotional trends;
- Perform all related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- DEC in a related field;
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in an equivalent position;
- Experience in the field of retail and/or fashion (an asset);
- Functional bilingualism (spoken and written) in French and English (You will be required to speak with stores across Canada);
- Advanced experience in Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with Y2 (an asset);
- Experience with Power Bi (an asset);
