Bilingual Inside Sales

**About the Role**
Based out of our Canadian Head Office in Vaughan, the Inside Sales / Compliance Represenative will maintain the business strategies required to increase sales and profits by supporting the day-to-day functions of the Customr Service team and Inside Sales pipeline, planning, organizing, and managing sales-related activities for the team to produce sales and gross profits.
**Compensation - On Track Earnings: $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience, inclusive of commissions earned; commissions have no cap.**
**You will use your experience in B2B Sales to**:
- Maintain the relationship with clients
- Provide excellent customer service
- Fulfilling work satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices and company policies
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects as assigned
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Create, present and execute customer agreements
**What qualifications do I require?**
- College Diploma or University Degree in Business OR related program OR equivalent years of Sales Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic sales / B2B sales
- Proficient with CRM, Excel and Cold Calling
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience in working in a sales environment with sales targets or quotas
- Customer service skills, strong oral, written communication and trouble shooting skills
- Able to prioritize and manage a busy workload
- Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Professional customer service skills with a strong phone presence solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
- French language is an asset
