Administrative Co-ordinator

The administrative coordinator would report directly to the Operations and Sales managers. Administrative duties would include supporting the Operations Manager and Sales Manager with administrative duties. Would be required to learn all of the duties of the sales order clerks and support them in the performance of their duties.
Sales order clerk duties include answering telephones, entering customer orders, assembling and sorting paperwork.
Some knowledge of Netswuite would be an asset but not necessary.
Microsoft Office training or a strong background with other computer operating systems would be an asset.
Minimum grade 12 diploma. Post secondary education preferred.
**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
