Job Title: Administrative Coordinator


About the Role:


We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Peoples Trucking Ltd.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and oversee the administration of establishment procedures.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets.
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise 1 to 2 people and work in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Manage a caseload of administrative tasks and work in a team environment to achieve goals.
  • Work 40 hours per week in a permanent role.
  • Language of work: English.

Requirements:



  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a team, and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
