**DUTIES**
**-**Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
- Adjust the content of the sales presentation by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
- Focus sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of dealers
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommending changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Providing historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
**DUTIES**
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
Meeting planned sales goals
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
Tracking sales growth and reporting results as necessary
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
The ongoing training of your salespeople
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
Promoting the organization and products
Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
**REQUIREMENTS**
Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Experience in customer relationship management
Experience managing and directing a sales team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dedication to providing great customer service
**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:
- sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Team management: 3 years (preferred)
- Microsoft word: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
