Business Sales Manager - Moving Partnerships

Company Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Recruiting

o Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of top-quality movers across the country

o Proactively develop relationships with moving company partners

o Conduct MoveBuddy Guarantee 95-point audit

o Ensure all agreements are executed
- Training

o Provide thorough onboarding training sessions for new movers to ensure a smooth integration with the MoveBuddy Platform (e.g., educate movers on the program, benefits, and processes)

o Coordination of the creation of mover specific web pages and backlinks

o Optimize social media and web presence for MoveBuddy and our moving partners
- Onboarding

o Serve as single point of contact for our moving partners ensuring VIP service

o Introduce moving partners to our local stores and set up corporate accounts for them to easily rent storage

o Conduct monthly reviews with movers to ensure their performance and service quality aligns with MoveBuddy standards (e.g., leads, conversions, NPS, Google reviews)

o Work closely with the MoveBuddy team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Reporting and Analysis:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.

o Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of our moving partners including leads, conversions, square footage rented, NPS, and client reviews

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related industry experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the logistics or moving services industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
