Territory Account Manager

We’re looking for a Territory Account Manager to join our growing team of people passionate about Coffee, Water and Service excellence for both our current and prospective clients. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you’ll contribute to the overall development of The Coffee Connection within Edmonton area for existing and new accounts as we execute our expansion plan.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Builds new and existing relationships as a brand ambassador for The Coffee Connection

Develops, presents, and negotiates the recommended portfolio of product, equipment, and service solutions with accounts ensuring standards of brand, profitability, and account guardrails are achieved.

Ensures long-term profitability by effectively managing costs and allocation among new and existing accounts and customers

Conducts strategic business reviews

Manages account retention and growth

Effectively communicates and develops strategic business plans with accounts and customers

Identifies and manages new target accounts, to close qualified leads and achieve new account goals for an assigned territory

Provides customers with price quotations and information regarding delivery and service

Ensures The Coffee Connection experience and merchandising standards are met and that a world class customer experience is delivered in accounts and locations

Owns vision and standards across assigned market

Qualifications:
Direct client sales - 3-5 years

Coffee, Water, Health and food industry experience - 3-5 years

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in English

Experience in managing people and passion for developing teams

Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Ability to deliver customer satisfaction, which results in referrals, references and repeat business

Ability to identify, track and target profitable customers

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work variable hours, meet at client locations, travel within a geographic region extensively

Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

Knowledge of business planning and financial performance measures

Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $56,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
