**Type d’emploi**: Permanent, Full-time

Couche-Tard is looking for a dynamic individual to become a key member of its M&A team. This individual will focus on financial modelling and due diligence, while gaining great exposure to all sides of the company as well as top leadership. This is a unique role that will be front and center on all M&A activity throughout the organization.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
Reporting to the Managing Director, M&A and Venture Investments, the Associate will:

- Build and maintain financial models
- Assist in execution of deals;
- Filter out new M&A opportunities;
- Conduct due diligence on target companies, analyzing and synthesizing data from various sources;
- Prepare investment presentations for senior management;
- Support the build out of Couche-Tard’s internal M&A strategy;
- Build and manage tools to help M&A team run more efficiently;
- Prepare materials to keep stakeholders updated on M&A activity;
- Assist in integration efforts post-closing;
- Lead other related projects as required.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:
We want you to join our team Here’s what we’re looking for:

- 2-4 years of M&A experience from an investment bank or private equity fund, with strong exposure to financial modelling
- Ability to critically assess valuation models, investment presentations and corporate strategies;
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
- Ability to manage several projects at once in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
