- **About the position**_

As an M&A Analyst, you will be involved in Acquisition targets research and financial analysis. Your contribution will be key to the team's success
- **Main Responsibilities**_
- Market analysis, financial analysis on private Canadian/US companies
- A key part of the work will include understanding selected industries, as well as identifying company targets.
- Contribute to client presentations /pitch
- Contribute to Marketing reports/documents for clients
- Contribute to different NORCAP projects as needed
- **Required Skills and Experience**:_
- Bachelor completed
- Highly proficient with personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfort level with search tools ex: IbisWorld, FactSet and Capital IQ (NetAdvantage)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships at all levels
- Ability to take initiatives and function independently while contributing to the team
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct
- Good time-management skills / able to manage several projects at the same time
