E-commerce Customer Service Associate

_**Nella Toronto is looking for a highly motivated e-commerce customer service associate to join our small, rapidly growing e-commerce team for our North York location**_
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide quotation to customers with options available.
- Answer phone calls and direct customers to the correct department or person.
- Able to response to customers in a timely manner with quotations or response to inquiries.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Able to do multiple roles and be open to growth in other areas of e-commerce
- Ability to assist customers with online inquiries/orders.
**Requirements**:
- Understanding of Shopify & FreshDesk is an asset.
- Knowledge of Autoquotes is an asset
- Must have excellent professional English skills, both written and interpersonal.
- Amazing customer service skills
- Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Quick learner and self-starter.
- Organized, able to multi-task and coordinate priorities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
