We are seeking a Strategic Operations Director to join our team at Tomato E-commerce Inc.

The Strategic Operations Director will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in engineering design and business administration, management, and operations.

The Strategic Operations Director will establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.

Key responsibilities include reviewing programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations, preparing budgets, and monitoring revenues and expenses.

The Strategic Operations Director will also plan schedules, goals, and objectives, and monitor quality and production levels.

In addition, the Strategic Operations Director will ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, develop and implement quality control programs, and conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.

The Strategic Operations Director will assess business opportunities and develop strategies, and monitor staff performance.

The Strategic Operations Director will also negotiate, plan work, and manage time effectively.

This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week, and the work language is English.
