**We are TDH Experiential Fabricators**

TDH fabricates unique, creative signs and visual displays. We help our clients to elevate their brand presence and engage their customers. We specialize in custom architectural signs, metal fabrication, illuminated signs and interactive environmental graphics - everything we do is custom, and no two projects are the same.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Sales Executive **who is motivated, results driven, creative, thrives on helping our customers, and developing business. In the role, you would be responsible for:

- Prospecting and developing sales with new accounts
- Managing existing client relationships and enhancing business with them
- Promoting TDH Experiential Fabricators through a variety of mediums (conferences, special events, networking)
- Developing sales strategies to increase the client base and sales revenue
- Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes withing scheduled timelines
- Establishing and maintaining a high rate of customer satisfaction and retention

**About You**:

- You are creative, innovative, genuinely happy and caring - we really look after our customers
- You have amazing people skills; great with developing relationships, excited to reach out to new customers
- You are well spoken, skilled at asking engaging, open ended questions, and a keen listener
- You are experienced with consultative selling and are viewed by clients as a trusted advisor
- You are able to deliver clear, concise and captivating presentations
- You are entrepreneurial, driven to generate new business, win over clients and increase sales
- You have 2+ years in sales (sign industry experience an additional asset)
- You can multitask, troubleshoot and manage multiple projects at once
- You have a clear attention to detail - this is critical
- You have strong computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Web-based Learning Tools, CRM Systems
- You have a valid driver's license, a vehicle, and are willing to travel throughout the Greater Vancouver Region

- Product Knowledge and Fabrication Training along with Computer Based and Online Sales Resources
- Product Sales Collateral and Presentation Templates
- Support by a Graphics/Design, Estimating, Project Management and Installation Team, to provide the necessary information, collateral and details to support your clients’ needs

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
