**This is a remote-based role, ideally based in the Montreal area.**

The Key Account Manager is an essential role that connects regional and/or national distributors and Axalta Coating Systems. The role anticipates and understands customer needs by liaising and advocating to manage and satisfy those needs, at reasonable economic cost to Axalta. The role is responsible for revenue growth, strategic business plans, demand planning, adherence to policy standards and profitability.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the role works with a high sense of urgency and demonstrates ownership, commitment, and accountability to Regional and Axalta goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Relationship Management** - Develops and builds relationships with distributor’s leadership team, including the CEO, Regional VP’s, Regional managers and District Managers. Develop 3 X 3 relationship management plan involving key team members at Axalta to secure solid long-term connections with the distributor.

**Strategic Growth Plan** - Develops a business plan through processes which enable the growth objectives of both the distributor and Axalta including: annual growth projections, demand process planning, regional business plans, organizational development objectives, training and learning objectives, pipeline development and management, team alignment, market prioritization, new markets

**Strategic Sales Integration** - Integrates activities of Axalta’s Strategic Sales team into a working sales process with the distributor. Ideally, this includes support and development of the distributor’s sales organization.

**Markets** - Works with Axalta’s Distribution team to identify and launch new market opportunities which include all trade and commercial brands.

**Communication** - Coordinate and facilitate quarterly strategic review meetings between the customer and Axalta’s sales management team.

Utilizes appropriate technological resources (SharePoint, Salesforce, MSOffice, etc.) to further individual productivity and enhance communication with co-workers and customers.

**_ Gestionnaire de comptes clés:_**
- Le Gestionnaire de comptes clés est un rôle essentiel qui relie les distributeurs régionaux et/ou nationaux et Axalta Coating Systems. Le rôle est responsable de la croissance des revenus, des plans d'affaires stratégiques, de la planification de la demande, du respect des normes politiques et de la rentabilité. _**_Il s'agit d'un poste à distance, idéalement dans la région de Montréal._**
- Relevant du directeur régional des ventes, le rôle travaille avec un sens élevé de l'urgence et démontre l'appropriation, l'engagement et la responsabilité envers les objectifs régionaux et Axalta._

**Principales responsabilités**:
**_ Gestion des relations_**_ - Développe et établit des relations avec l'équipe de direction du distributeur, y compris le PDG, les vice-présidents régionaux, les directeurs régionaux et les directeurs de district. Développer un plan de gestion des relations 3 X 3 impliquant les membres clés de l'équipe d'Axalta pour garantir des relations solides à long terme avec le distributeur._

**_ Plan de croissance stratégique_** _- Élabore un plan d'affaires par le biais de processus qui permettent d'atteindre les objectifs de croissance du distributeur et d'Axalta, notamment : les projections de croissance annuelle, la planification du processus de demande, les plans d'affaires régionaux, les objectifs de développement organisationnel, les objectifs de formation et d'apprentissage, le développement et la gestion du pipeline, alignement des équipes, priorisation des marchés, nouveaux marches_

**_ Intégration des ventes stratégiques_**_ - Intègre les activités de l'équipe des ventes stratégiques d'Axalta dans un processus de vente opérationnel avec le distributeur. Idéalement, cela comprend le soutien et le développement de l'organisation commerciale du distributeur._

**_ Marchés_** _- Travaille avec l'équipe de distribution d'Axalta pour identifier et lancer de nouvelles opportunités de marché qui incluent toutes les marques commerciales et commerciales._

**_ Communication_**_ - Coordonner et faciliter les réunions d'examen stratégique trimestrielles entre le client et l'équipe de gestion des ventes d'Axalta._
- Utilise les ressources technologiques appropriées (SharePoint, Salesforce, MSOffice, etc.) pour accroître la productivité individuelle et améliorer la communication avec les collègues et les clients_
