**OmniMax International** headquartered in Norcross, GA is an international building products company manufacturing aluminum, steel, vinyl and copper products. Core products include specialty coated coils, metal wall and roof systems, metal and vinyl rain carrying systems, soffit and fascia systems, roofing accessories, aluminum and vinyl windows and doors, patio products, aluminum recreational vehicle doors, windows and sidewalls and aluminum bath and shower enclosures. Products are then represented in the market by multiple brands such as Amerimax, Flamco, Verde and Euramax Coated Products.

Our Location in Toronto, Canada currently has an opportunity for **KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER**

**THE KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - CANADA **will lead the channel at OmniMax, act as a thought leader responsible for meeting sales volume goals and will identify and set the vision and strategy for the business. The role will also require strategic development of key customers to deliver against business goals. This role partners heavily with the customers and internal resources across Marketing, Customer Service, finance & Supply Chain.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & TASKS **(list in order):

- Develop and implement business plans to grow business for customers and OmniMax
- Proactively identify opportunities for channel expansion and innovation
- Develop and implement annual key account business plans; maintain and develop customer relationships and clear communication across functions & business unit
- Communicate project updates, business performance and proactively establish corrective action if/when necessary
- Prepare plans, present to customers and develop business opportunities
- Effectively manage profitability, working through pricing negotiations with customers
- Responsible for managing, forecasting, attaining and exceeding identified monthly, quarterly and yearly sales volume goals
- Conduct internal and external business reviews to measure, evaluate and present sales performance of the channel
- Complete competitive market assessments understand distribution opportunities and create unique customer connections within the channel
- Interact with senior management on strategy updates
- Manage third party representatives
- Performing any other job-related duties that the Supervisor may assign

**QUALIFICATIONS**: The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform this job successfully. Equivalent job-related experience might be substituted for educational degree(s).

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.

**Experience**:
3 to 5 years related sales experience; prefer experience for a manufacturer of building products

**Skills**:

- Proven track record in strategic sales / business management - strong conceptual skills
- Progressively responsible sales roles with proven leadership abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong time management and organization skills required
- Strong technical product knowledge preferred
- Proven ability to analyze markets and competitive trends
- Ability to operate with high sense of urgency and personal initiative, and respond to multiple deadlines while maintaining good coordination and communication with colleagues and staff
- Passionate commitment to quality, follow through and high attention to detail
- Must have the ability to travel up to 30% of the time; frequently requiring overnight stays

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
