**General Purpose of This Position**:
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for client invoicing and invoicing support with specific focus on the BHP Jansen project. The Accounts Receivable Administrator works as part of a collaborative team, interacting with colleagues, including Project Managers as well as other departments of the business including Accounts Payable, Payroll and Operations and Engineering.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Health & Safety**
- Work in compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations for Cementation.
- Be aware of any health and safety hazards or infractions and report to Health and Safety Department.

**General Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare client invoicing in accordance with the client contract/agreement.
- Obtain billing information from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Circulate client invoicing for appropriate review and approvals.
- Provide support for any invoicing queries.
- Reconcile project costs against project invoicing, following up on any discrepancies.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- None.

**Travel Requirements**:

- This position may require some travel to sites only if necessary.

**Education & Experience**
- Diploma in the Business Administration field or relevant work experience within a Finance department.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft products, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- An understanding of the full accounting cycle and accounting principles and practices.
- Strong invoicing knowledge and knowledge of contracts is essential.
- Experience in the mining industry would be considered an asset.

- Sound knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and working in a paperless environment.
- Proficiency in JD Edwards Oracle software would be considered an asset.
