Reports To: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor , the Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for client invoicing and accounts receivable support. The Accounts Receivable Administrator works as part of a collaborative team, interacting with various departments including Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Payroll, Project Controls, Operations and Engineering.
Contract Billing
Review and reconcile all client-specific contract invoicing details including, but not limited to: labour, equipment, materials.
Prepare client invoicing in accordance with the contract agreements.
Obtain billing information from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
purchase orders, service agreements, contracts, change orders, etc.
Work collaboratively with the Project Controls team to ensure clarity of contract invoicing details.
Reconcile project costs versus invoiced costs and follow up on any issues or delays.
Accounts Receivable and Collection
Follow-up of Accounts Receivable aging and collection.
Reconcile month-end general ledger Accounts Receivable balances.
Diploma in the Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
Experience working in an Accounts Receivable and Contract Billing environment.
Understanding of contracts and contract administration would be an asset.
Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft products, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Experience in the mining industry would be considered an asset.
Comfortable working in a paperless environment and proficient using Adobe Acrobat software.
