Mainstream Account Executive

**Young & Young** is an established importer/distributor of Asian grocery products supplying to supermarkets with brands that are familiar throughout the Asia Pacific. We are proud of what we have achieved in growing Asian food categories in Canada, where we have a presence nationally, as well in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Japan.
To keep up with the demand and our expanding business we are looking for an **Account** **Executive** to join our **Mainstream Sales Team** helping to maximize sales and expand our market share.
You will be responsible for achieving profitable sales results, implementing sales strategies and interacting with customers to penetrate or expand existing business.
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
To grow the company’s revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients and building a comprehensive annual promotion plan to drive volume and excitement within the category.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Assist Sr. Accounts Manager on the following functions or as per Sr. Accounts Manager’s instructions
- Regularly connect with key accounts via in person meetings and by telephone
- Duties include but not limited to increasing our retail presence, pricing and promotions, merchandising, re-lines, and basically growing our sales and profitability within each account
- Regularly review item assortment and profitability, submit cost increases when necessary
- Present new items and prepare necessary sell sheets, deal sheets, and work with purchasing to ensure adequate inventory is available for item launch.
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
