Supports customer facing sales force through the rhythm of sales; Lead to close. Executes, supports, improves selected activities under limited supervision.

Compile les estimations budgétaires pour les tâches simples ou complexes en recueillant les données techniques, les présentations pour les clients, le délai d'exécution et autres pour la force de vente en contact avec la clientèle.

Est impliqué dans les visites et événements clients, prend des décisions lorsqu’il n’y a pas de procédure claire décrite.

Reçoit et traite les commandes, émet les accusés de réception des commandes, les factures et les avis d’expédition pour les tâches simples ou complexes.

Communique le statut des commandes, le statut de l’inventaire et d’autres informations connexes à la force de vente en contact avec la clientèle et identifie les problèmes.

Règle les problèmes des clients le cas échéant, sollicite d’autres personnes pour les régler le cas échéant (y compris l’expédition et l’après-vente).

Examine périodiquement et communique les niveaux d’inventaire/de stock, prend des mesures et crée des commandes si nécessaire.

Soutient activement tout le personnel des agences pour la vente des produits aux clients de détail dans différents niveaux de tâches.
