Where this individual will perform administrative and operational duties to help our office be more efficient in service our diverse clientele.

**Main duties and Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel, and preparing expense reports. Ensure smooth communication and coordination across teams, managing multiple priorities with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Preparation of all clientele packages, correspondence and monitor filing due dates
- Coordinate with different departments to effectively communicate with clients, government agencies, and business partners
- Assist real estate department to prepare listing paperwork, obtain signatures, coordinate with sellers for photos, staging, and other listing preparation work.
- Organize and maintain real estate client related documents to office broker for file compliance
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel, and preparing expense reports. Ensure smooth communication and coordination across teams, managing multiple priorities with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Project Coordination: Support the executive teams in executing strategic projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation. Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Serve as a liaison between the executive teams and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners. Coordinate and prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials as required. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Event Management: Assist with the planning and coordination of events, including client meetings, training sessions, and networking events. Manage logistics, coordinate attendees, and ensure the smooth execution of events.
- Assist our consultant with immigration applicants and related line of work

**To be successful in the role**:

- Able to communicate fluently in Chinese, Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in MS office programs (e.g. Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Experience in accounting or real estate is consider an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and time management skill
- Proficient with social media marketing
- Ability to prioritize workload and able to multi-tasking
- Attention to detail
- Great customer service insight, with a friendly demeanour and attitude
- Ability to adapt fast-paced work environment and manage pressure from work
