**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to grow our customer base.
- Conduct market research to uncover new leads and opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, showcasing their **real value and benefits**.
- Close deals with confidence while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
- Participate in **daily workshops and team gatherings** to sharpen your skills, share insights, and stay motivated.
- Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to create exciting promotions and campaigns.
- Keep management in the loop with timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competition.
- Track your sales activities and pipeline progress using **CRM software**.
- Represent Bovano Sales Solutions at trade shows, conferences, and networking events—**meet people, make connections, and have some fun**
**Requirements**:
- Sales experience is a plus but **not required**—we love go-getters ready to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people quickly and build genuine rapport.
- Excellent communication skills—whether you’re chatting, presenting, or negotiating, you know how to get the message across.
- A self-motivated, results-driven mindset. You’re independent but love being part of a supportive team.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools is a bonus.
- A valid driver’s license may be needed depending on territory assignments.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
