We're on the lookout for a Sales Representative (combination of Outside/Inside sales) to not only excel in direct sales, marketing, and account management, but also to play a pivotal role in our growth.

**Your Mission**:
In addition to your core responsibilities of building new business relationships, strengthening buyer connections, collaborating with clients, and providing outstanding customer service, you will also have a critical role in our reporting process. You'll be responsible for:

- Generating comprehensive sales activity reports that highlight key insights and performance metrics.
- Submitting these reports to management on a regular basis.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven proficiency in direct sales, with at least 2 years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, energetic setting.
- Outstanding communication skills that enable you to connect with clients and internal teams effectively. (must be fluent in English)
- A self-starter who can work independently and demonstrates strong organizational skills.
- A natural competitor with unwavering persistence and a commitment to delivering results.
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and persuasive abilities that influence and motivate others.
- Strong aptitude for sales techniques, including adeptness in closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting processes (experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not mandatory).
