**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Director
- Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or redirect as necessary
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, typing, and filing
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Handle confidential information with discretion

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Outlook Calendar
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
