**The responsibilities include**:

- Develop a high-quality new academic program:

- Ensure learning outcomes and the program of study adhere to institutional and Ministry priorities, including quality standards and applicable college policies, procedures and practices.
- Participate in meetings with various stakeholders to present and address inquiries regarding the proposed program.
- Contribute to the development of a pre-program advisory committee utilizing one’s own and the college’s professional network.
- Facilitate and report on focus groups, surveys, etc. with stakeholders (i.e. employers, students, industry experts etc.). Respond to and amend documents as required to address internal and external feedback.

The incumbent will work with others to establish rapport, credibility and build effective relationships to accomplish common team goals and objectives. They will also work with confidence and with a strategic focus and manage competing priorities to ensure that agreed-upon goals and project-related work is delivered on time and achieves desired goals. To do this they will manage projects and delegate tasks accordingly to ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner as well as set priorities, stay focused and balance changing or competing priorities.

This is a fully remote contract position.

**Required Skills**:
$36.06/hr

Required Experience

12 hours per week, 3 month contract - possible option to extend.
