In 2023, we are making big shifts in our business to build a sustainably profitable company in order to help Founders win for the long term. A key element of Clearco's go forward strategy is channel diversification. The VP of Growth will set the strategy to activate our database of customers, and build upon our automated life cycle strategy for our various segments to drive revenue efficiently. Additionally, will execute on establishing new channels and optimizing existing ones.

**What your day-to-day will look like**:

- Optimize retention of existing customers and re-activation of past customers
- Funnel optimization through driving efficient top of funnel activity and maximizing conversion
- Work closely with Product to automate, remove friction, and maximize conversion through the customer lifecycle
- Leading and growing our existing team of Marketing professionals with a strong ability to drive engagement
- Sitting on the executive leadership team working alongside all key internal stakeholders
- Championing the customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle
- Overseeing the entire core marketing department and functions within including DTC, SEO, Paid Search, Partner Marketing, Brand and Founder Success
- Build out KPIs to define success up front and track performance over time
- Working closely with our sales team in a demand generation capacity

- Have experience leading a marketing team and developing team members
