**Overview**

**What you will be doing?**
- Manage the VP of HR’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations on behalf of the VP of HR
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and other HR-related events.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as job descriptions, offer letters, and employee handbooks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the VP of HR.
- Conducting per-screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Assist with on-boarding, including preparing new hire packages and completing new hire documents and checklists.
- Maintain database and relationship of all recruitment, websites, industry partners and college recruitment agencies and partners.
- Maintain and communicate recruitment metrics.
- Update and design new SOP's and procedures
- Assist the Corporate HR Department in administrative duties, projects, and employee events.
- Maintain the Company’s HRIS system including the recruitment site and advise hotels of changes, updates, and enhancements

**What are the requirements for this role?**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or HR professionals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Special consideration will be given to those who exhibit exemplary performance.
- Strong decision making
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent Organization and time management skills
