**What will you do?**

The Process Management
- VP
- VP level role responsible for assisting with strategic planning related to User Acceptance Testing in a very fast-paced environment with client-focus at the core of all we do.
- Tactical planning for multiple software/functional releases at times running concurrently to achieve promised dates and functional enhancements/capabilities for both internal and external clients.
- High Level Oversight of both internal and external (vendor) resources.
- Ability to think out of the box, be creative and innovative yet mindful of risk and control in delivering the product/objective.
- This person will work closely with all internal partners to ensure a comprehensive plan and approach is taken across all affected areas.

**US Cash Management USCM) Business **is a unique opportunity to build the cash management business of the future from the ground up. This is an exciting time to join a start-up function within RBC, built from scratch and anchored in a technical/digital play vs. a traditional play, enabling RBC to compete with new entrants in this space
- Excellent partnership and communication with other RBC sales channels (i.e. Global Markets, P&CB BFS and CNB) as there is a potential for client overlap
- Ability to negotiate with both internal partners to achieve common objective.

- Works with team members to establish goals, drive performance management, support career development and reward strong performance

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Solid understanding of financial transactions and delivery methodologies.
- High degree of business and financial acumen
- Able to perform data-driven analytics including the synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights
- Able to work with x-functional teams and functional partners to design an efficient process architecture that adheres to all RBC policies and controls.
- Committed to team’s prompt delivery of bespoke and real-time pricing for large amount of corporate deposits
- Minimum of 7-12 years of related experience and Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication skills with ability to **communicate complex messages**, trade-offs and tell a compelling story
- Have **rigorous attention to detail **with the ability to grasp big picture
- Comfortable working with **quick turnaround times and deadlines**:

- Experience leading or **shaping large transformational efforts preferred**:

- Professional designation (CFA/FRM/MBA) and/or Master’s degree in quantitative fields is highly desirable
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous process improvement of team
