Account Manager Growth Specialist

Due to major growth we are expanding our Account Management team in Toronto and currently looking for an Account Manager Growth Specialist to join the team.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Strategically assess players, demonstrate nuance in your communication approach by addressing each potential player in a way that is comfortable and respectful for them.
- Calling high potential players where necessary.
- Guide players through the tougher pain points of compliance that are a part of the early life journey.
- Responsible for navigating players through SOW and Chargeback disputes for high potential players and then handing them off to the Account Management team once completed.
- Identify and minimize risk by escalating compliance related cases to relevant teams. Be the first one on the scene and accurately report on your findings.
- Demonstrate the ability to articulate and understand the headlines, KPIs and key activities which drive the performance of your portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze player activity and behavior to identify ideal incubation times, proactively acting on opportunities to enhance the player's experience and setting the tone for what may be to come as part of the Account Management Team.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- 3-5 years demonstrated B2C sales and/or relationship management experience.
- Demonstrated effectiveness at sustaining high value level relationships.
- 2-3 years experience hitting productivity targets.
- Demonstrated proficiency using various software and technology platforms, including CRM database management experience.
- An understanding of the 'player' mentality is a benefit.
- Ability to understand the implications of actions and make recommendations for solutions.
