Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr Account Executive to join our New Logo Agency sales team, focusing on PR & IR agency sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for penetrating new agency accounts, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through agency partnerships.

About the Role- Prioritize and manage a pipeline of self-generated agency opportunities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate promising agency accounts and generate net new revenue
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across the agency organization
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with industry knowledge and solution expertise
- Identify emerging trends that influence our value proposition and recommend relevant solutions
- Achieve assigned bookings quota and prioritize face-to-face meetings
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
- 5-7 years of sales experience, specifically selling into net new agency accounts
- Proven track record of achieving quota and activity targets
- Strong cold-calling, networking, and prospecting skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- International work environment with offices in 17 countries

Please note that this role requires a willingness to travel up to 2 weeks a month within the assigned territory. Our estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
