**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as information technology, management sciences, computer science/studies, or software/computer programming engineering.
- PMP Certified or Certificate in Project Management.

**Experience**:

- 5 years of related experience.
- 4 years of management experience.
- Experience with educational technology.

**Skills**:
**Knowledge**
- Expertise in IT governance, systems development methodologies, security, policy development, regulatory/legal issues, and best practices.
- Expertise in contracting, negotiating, developing, and maintaining successful partnerships and alliances.
- Knowledge of workstation hardware and software installation and support, including experience in network configuration and administration.
- Knowledge of recruitment, training, employment standards/labor relations, and health and safety policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of dealing with system complexities, such as multiple systems, integration challenges, privacy, and seamless interfacing.
- Knowledge of developing and executing transformational IT solutions.
- Knowledge of virtual machines and architecture.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and lead a cohesive team and manage performance and productivity.
- Proven record of achieving high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency through service design
- Effective customer service skills.
- Effectively cultivate relationships with internal and external partners.
- Effective planning, prioritization, and organizational skills to meet timelines.
- Effective judgment, discretion, problem-solving skills, and initiative.
- Effective analytical skills.
- Adaptive and flexible, with the ability to monitor and evaluate progress towards goals.
- Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strategic planning, project management, technical management data center management, developing budgets, and quality management skills.
