**Salary**: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Objectives of the Role:

- Leadership within the IT space
- Management of IT policies in line with corporate goals and security policies
- Management of IT Tooling
- Collaboration with the executive team to:

- Ensure the communities needs are met
- Ensure compliance needs are met
- Provide periodic snapshots of reporting indicating adherence to policy and standards
- Evaluation of technologies that may be needed for IT support and management
- Ensuring that systems are designed with a cybersecurity focus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintenance/Management/Measurement/Enforcement of existing IT policies
- Management of Cloud User Ecosystem and Access rights
- Onboarding/Offboarding users
- Maintenance of Corporate Directory
- Mailing Lists
- Shared storage
- Management of Devices:

- Desktops, Laptops & Chromebooks (Imaging, patching, etc)
- Printers
- Telephony (VoIP, mobiles - Android/iPhone)
- Management of Corporate Desktop Applications (Office 365 Applications) and Licensing
- Maintenance of Corporate Intranet

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Broad knowledge of the IT field with in-depth experience in project management, solution delivery, network/systems administration, and end-user technical support
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders with a strong customer service orientation
- Well-developed interpersonal and supervisory skills combined with demonstrated project management and organizational skills, including exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent administrative, analytical, research, time management, problem solving and public relation skills
- Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain detailed documentation of IT infrastructure, processes, and changes
- Experience managing a corporate Google Workspace environment
- Experience supporting a desktop environment (Windows, Mac)
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Experience with Managed Service Providers, and managing them.
- Knowledge of policies, IT standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, with an additional plus being that of experience with compliance tools such as Vanta
- Problem-solving attitude
- Collaborative team spirit

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Google Apps Script and AppSheet, Python/Javascript
- Experience with GitHub, Jira
- Management of internet domains, cloud DNS services
