We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology department and drive innovation at KY Innovation.

Job Summary

The CTO will be responsible for defining the technology strategy, managing technology teams, and ensuring the effective use of technology to achieve business goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Communicate Technology Vision: Define a clear technology vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Innovative Leadership: Identify opportunities for technological innovation and lead the implementation of new technologies.
  • Team Management: Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing technology team, including software developers, engineers, and IT professionals.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Technology Infrastructure: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
  • Security and Scalability: Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of technology systems.
  • Software Development: Lead the software development process, from design and coding to testing and deployment.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors, partners, and service providers.
  • Tech Solution Evaluation: Evaluate and select technology solutions that align with business needs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is preferred).
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role, with a successful track record in technology strategy and management.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of technology trends, software development, and IT infrastructure.
  • Communication Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate technology teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and business outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Knowledge of data security, compliance, and risk management.
  • Partnerships: Experience with technology partnerships and vendor management.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package and executive-level perks.
