Location: We are conveniently located close to the 401 and accessible by Public Transit. Benefits: * Flexible Work Schedule * Sick Time Off * Extended Health Benefits * CE Allocation * Employee Pet Discount * Uniform Allowance * Paid Holidays *Roles & Responsibilities:** Welcome and admit patients for appointments * Schedule future appointments * Have an understanding of veterinary terminology * Demonstrate compassion and respect when interacting with clients * Interact with clients and patients, and create a welcoming environment * Handle incoming client calls, emails and texts efficiently * Invoicing and billing for clients * Create estimates for patient services and products * Coordinate and ensure smooth client and patient flow within the hospital. * General housekeeping duties including maintaining cleanliness of reception area * A love for animals*Skills and Abilities:** Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to answer phone and book appointments efficiently * Take initiative and work as a contributing member of our team * Strong ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding with clients * Calm and caring demeanor when interacting with patients. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Ability to work cohesively with team members. * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. *Requirements:*- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a CSR or ACA or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of Veterinary Medicine or willingness to learn the industry - Ezyvet experience an asset - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and assist staff with various tasks *A little bit about our clinic:** *Progressive, Supportive and Inclusive Culture:* We are a private practice with a small team that values the input and suggestions of our team members and encourages team collaboration to enhance the workday experience.
