We are seeking for a passionate Client Care Representative to join our Dixie Road Pet Clinic.

In this role, you are the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. Your friendly and professional demeanor will contribute to creating a positive experience for both clients and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a notably positive attitude, demonstrate excellent communication skills and is able to adeptly balance a range of duties while consistently providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities will include greeting clients, answering telephone inquiries, performing record keeping duties, clerical duties related to animal patient care and treatment, and providing miscellaneous support to the veterinarians and the patient care team while maintaining a client-focused team environment.

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or a similar role.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in the veterinary field, excellent communication skills and a true focus on customer service. Well-developed multitasking and time-management skills and attention to detail are important as is proficiency with technology and software. The role works both autonomously and collaboratively with all members of the clinic.
