Our client, a leader in BC Healthcare, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their Human Resources department on a 2-month contract. As an Administrative Assistant, Human Resources, you will be supporting the Health, Safety & Disability Management Team. This role offers part-time flexibility and is ideal for someone interested in building HR experience, such as a student or recent graduate completing HR coursework. The successful candidate will support the team with essential administrative tasks, handle confidential employee medical documentation, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations. If you are an Administrative Assistant, Human Resources, we want to see your resume PERKS AND BENEFITS: Compensation of $24.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience Opportunity to work hybrid Tight-knit culture with strong leadership Strong PTO package after probationary period Strong medical and benefits package after probationary period Possibility of contract extension WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Provide administrative support to the Health, Safety & Disability Management team, including receiving, logging, scanning, and distributing confidential employee medical documents and referral letters. Assist with administrative processes such as employee transit pass coordination, drafting standard letters, and maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
