Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Iron Horse Security in Ottawa, ON. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as new business development, business planning, contract negotiation, sales, and account management to drive growth and enhance client relationships.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development, Business Planning, and Contract Negotiation skills
  • Sales and Account Management skills
  • RFP writing and quoting experience
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful business development strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and strategic thinking
  • Experience in the security industry or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
