The Central Okanagan Division is actively supporting recruitment of Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) into Central Okanagan family practices. Bluebird Medical Centre - Kelowna - FT, permanent *6.* Kelowna Hills Medical and Skin Care - Kelowna - FT, PT, Casual *General Responsibilities, but not limited to** Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. * Manage electronic medical records efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. * Handle multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments and respond to inquiries. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns promptly. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support office operations and enhance patient care. *General qualifications** MOA certificate from an accredited educational institution * Previous experience as an MOA * Knowledge of Med Access, Telus CHR, Oscar and/or Accuro EMR * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Excellent customer service skills and strong patient focus * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Detail-oriented * Must be legally entitled to work in Canada * Subject to criminal background check *MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN THE CENTRAL OKANAGAN* If you are interested and meet the qualifications listed below, we invite you to apply to this posting.
