Responsibilities Assist in creating solutions for assurance engagement teams for future work by considering capacity and skillsets of colleagues Collaborate with engagement managers on timelines and needs Make timely changes to schedules as needed Assist other team members with prioritization and challenges Proactively advise Resource Manager, Planning of resource constraints or capacity Comfortable working with high volume and time sensitive tasks Great communication skills both verbal and written Chair internal meetings, as needed About Doane Grant Thornton If you’re a bit like us, you’re driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking.
