Restaurant Manager Twilight Cafe & Bar | Toronto, ON | Full-time | $36.50‑$37.50/hr Posted on November 26, 2025. Location: In person – Toronto, ON. Job Details This role oversees multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence, staff performance, and financial profitability. Responsibilities Operational management for multiple locations. Training supervisors and staff across locations and standardizing operations. Handling inventory systems and supplier relationships across multiple stores. Supporting new store openings and implementing operating procedures. Ensuring smooth communication and teamwork across locations. Helping develop store SOPs and franchise models. Overseeing daily operations, monitoring food quality and service standards. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness. Staff supervision & training: leading, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and coaching staff. Customer service: ensuring high levels of satisfaction, addressing complaints, enhancing loyalty. Financial management: budgeting, tracking expenses, analyzing reports, managing inventory and supplies. Marketing & promotion: implementing strategies, organizing events, coordinating vendors. Compliance & reporting: maintaining licenses and certifications, preparing regular reports for upper management. Qualifications Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar managerial role in the foodservice industry, minimum 2 years. Strong leadership and team‑management skills. Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets. In‑depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or business preferred. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
