The Role
As Senior Sales Director, you will lead and execute the company’s sales and growth strategy across North America, focusing on expanding market share, increasing client acquisition, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a high-performance sales strategy, working directly with the CEO to align growth initiatives with company objectives
- Building and leading a top-tier sales team, attracting and developing talent to drive business expansion
- Engaging high-value institutional and retail clients, forging strong relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities
- Driving strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market penetration and brand positioning
- Collaborating with product, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless client experience and effective go-to-market strategies
- Leveraging market trends, data analytics, and client feedback to refine sales tactics and optimize business performance

- Proven track record in senior sales leadership within financial services, trading, or fintech
- Deep understanding of forex, CFD, and multi-asset trading markets
- Experience in leading high-growth sales functions and scaling revenue in North America
